      Feeling Replaceable

      Coworkers are amazing. Benefits are really good as well.

      Cons

      I feel as though Healthpartners does not care about their workers. Management is always making us feel like we are replaceable. There is a lot of Micromanaging through Healthpartners as a whole. Communication has been TERRIBLE. The scheduler thinks she is the boss over everyone. Good luck getting any time off in the summer because everyone uses all their PTO in the summer and makes it difficult to get time off for the rest of the people.

      Pros

      Generous PTO and Purchase PTO program

      Cons

      Management more concerned with tracking and reporting hours than anything else. Status quo, and catering to long term employees who are resistant to change.
