It’s not for everyone

Pros

The pay is very good, the benefits are amazing and the people are great. They really do want you to do well and are very supportive.

Cons

While management can be very supportive at times the job itself is very stressful, unrealistic expectations at times, and getting time off can be tough. I really wanted to like this job. I don’t necessarily want to blame the department but this is very fast paced stressful job. There is a lot of information at your fingertips and sometimes it can be overwhelming. The metrics sometimes can be unfair based on how much information we have to cover to do our due diligence with our callers.
