Due to it being Union can be difficult to take needed days off for vacation.

Good team work. Good benefit package expecially health amd dental insurance as well as extra vacation time which you can 'buy' and then get refunded at the end of the year if you don't use it.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. Dysfunctional boss with a lot of anxiety.
