      Great Colleagues, Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Colleagues with the right credentials and education and attitude for their jobs. Good work atmosphere with shared values and mission. Wonderful benefits. This is a good organization.

      Cons

      Ok so trying to find the down sides... In this large organization, it seemed we would just arrive at a great collaborative working plan, and new management would appear with an alternate vision. Keeps things fresh but can cause patient and provider confusion. There isn’t any anonymity while looking for new positions within, which can inhibit growth. Vacation is a bit sparse.
