      Pros

      Abel to work from home whenever, did not have to address any issues. Manager was literally never at work, whenever she did show up to work she spend an endless amount of employee time talking about her personal problems, the problems her daughter had at school, her fathers health issues and gossiping inappropriately about other employees. If you would try to talk to her about an actual work issue she would totally ignore you and not address it, leaving the patient to keep calling back. If you didn’t want to work no one was holding you responsible for anything.

      Cons

      Manager would not actually ever address actual issues. She never actually came to work.

      There isn't too much flexibility in MemberServices.

      Wish there were more HealthPartners hospitals so I could continue to work there.
