Pros
The organization has a great mission and values. Great benefits and PTO (when you can find time to use it).
Cons
The rigid scheduling of the call center is extremely unsatisfactory when you are new. It can be a year before you can get a week off or Mondays and Fridays because of the bidding system and seniority list.
