      Pros

      really love my current provider colleagues. lots of respect for NPs and great support and mentors. no BS with management. really a lovely company to work for, lots of bonus potential although sometimes I am unsure of why I have received a bonus (or not).

      Cons

      family practice load is heavy, even for experienced providers. would love more RN support.

      Pros

      They pay and the organizations philosophy was rewarding to work for. I enjoyed my time & the coworkers I established connections with.

      Cons

      There were so many meetings and not enough action. If they would have allocated more time to actual work and less time in discussing course of action this company may be more successful in the future.

      Pros

      Park Nicollet (prior to HP) has had good management (better in past and spotty across the company), but my experiences for flexibility has been good. If assertive, and especially with an advanced degree, you can move up if you want. If you like staying put, that works too.

      Cons

      I do feel that the corporate overhead may hurt individual departments' successes. No paid maternity or paternity leave. No real benefits for eye care or child care.
