      Light work, very good community, very good communication

      Repetitive, customer services, hard training, work hours are hard to adjust

      Company so big many different silos to interface with.

      Pros

      -Great benefits. -Co workers are very nice and easy going. -Supervisors are very easy to talk to and are very proud of their work.

      Cons

      -The job is difficult, a bit too difficult for the starting pay. -Other projects get add on to your load of work even when you have not even grasp on to the customer service portion of the job. -The walk from the parking lot to the building takes about 4-5 mins if you work later. (Bloomington headquarter) -The outside area around the building smells really bad. -Peers who has been there for a while can not really help new employers when needed due to their tasks that needs to be done and constant phone calls. -Members can be very rude. -Micro managed. -No good PTO due to seniority having the first chew at pto requests. -You have to work on holidays.
