      Pros

      - Great leadership who cares and challenges you - Wonderful and caring colleagues, we all have each other's backs - Great work life balance and this balance is respected by all levels of the company - Central location - Workforce really cares about the mission and its patients and members

      Cons

      - HealthPartners has one of the worst maternity leave policies I've encountered. Make sure you're being true to your mission by providing women with the support they need (emotionally and financially) to feel ready to come back to work. - Moving up /promotion is rare

      Pros

      Great benefits. Across the organization there is a true respect for a work/life balance, and a real belief in the mission of the organization.

      Cons

      No corporate mentoring or development program in place. Minimizes chances for professional development and upward movement. As with any large company, clear communication is a constant struggle. As a result, some projects may appear to have no support from senior leadership.

      Pros

      Great company culture, mission, and atmosphere. Managers are true leaders here. Rockstar Benefits, competitive pay, and plenty of amenities available for employees.

      Cons

      Work - Life balance is doable, but wish more flexibility was available to the employee. Workload is progressive, but very manageable.
