      Pros

      Up to date Epic computer technology, used daily in patient rooms and work desk. A job where you only leave because of an upgrade, retirement or death. After 24 years I was considered a " lifer", because it's not work when you love what you do. Close with paients and co-workers.

      Cons

      Moving and getting married after 24 years with HealthPartners.

      Pros

      This is a very forward thinking company. Especially when it applies to being employee-centric. They are always asking how they can better support my role. They actually listen and make changes! Very rare in many company settings. They also have a high standard for those that they hire. I really like my co-workers and my boss.

      Cons

      Very large organization so learning the paper trail is intense. Also, sometimes hard to know who to go to for certain things. The hiring process took some time.
