      Pros

      I believe in the company and enjoy going to work everyday. Can't ask for much more.

      Cons

      We don't work at Healthpartners to get rich, but more competitive salaries in a city with lots of other large companies paying higher wages would help in retaining talent.

      Pros

      The people here are really great and focused on retaining a "partnership". The benefits are really great and your time off starts the minute you get into the door. The cafeteria is fair to good most of the time and the pharmacy and convenience store really make things nice when at work. Everyone here that I have worked with so far is very nice and accomodating.

      Cons

      For me the drive is the biggest thing, and I'm also not doing what I really want to be doing, but that has nothing to do with them.
