      Pros

      Unmatched benefits, great pay, healthy company policies, robust DEI action plan, low turnover, personal/career development, all while working for a company who cares about people. Remote work means awesome work-life balance (at times). I'm always challenged and stimulated, so an 8 hour day seems to pass in 45 minutes. I love my job and look forward to every day.

      Cons

      Remote work sometimes means it's hard to tear myself away from my job. HP has really high expectations for leaders, and demands a lot of growth, mentorship of teams, and accountability. With great pay and benefits comes high standards! Not necessarily a "con", but this is not a conpany for people who are low-energy, or folks who do not care to continuously grow in their personal and work lives.
