The pay and benefits across the organization are pretty good, but job satisfaction varies significantly by department. In the corporate environment, people are generally friendly and kind, and proud to work for the organization. Supervisors in corporate are patient and willing to work with you to meet your career goals, not just to fill a position.

Cons

At the lower non-corporate levels in this company, such as receptionists in the clinics or lab workers, the hours are brutal and the supervisors can be cruel. Gossip abounds and many people are generally unhappy with their work. Decisions can seem as though they are "handed down" from corporate without much explanation. Retention is poor and understaffing is to be expected in almost every department.

Good benefits and nice coworkers.

Cons

I’m very disappointed in the mandate, it’s not the right thing to do to decide your employees have to have a medical procedure. They said is because CMS requires, but I doubt upper management even tried to fight for its employees to have a choice and are glad to use it as an excuse. HP is a pretty large company and if postal worker are given an exception, I’d think something could have been worked out. Now many employees have been backed into a corner. For many employees the sadness and disappointment from this will last a very long time. Also the company’s idea of diversity does not include diversity of thought.

All about making money. Was forced to work one late night a week until 7pm. And forced to work 1 Saturday every month.
