      Good salary and benefits, good location

      Cons

      Detached, sterile, non caring leaders and administrators. No friendships. Work place is expected to be quiet and all work. No laughter , LITERALLY! If you or the nurses laugh you are reprimanded. The clinic lead has NO ONE’s interest in mind but his own and how he climbs the ladder and how he can advance his own cause. If you have a good idea, don’t tell him because he’s claim it for himself.
