      Pros

      The hospital has good benefits

      Cons

      The position has a union so you cannot negotiate your salary and you start with little, the staff is hostile and VERY abusive from managers to colleagues, racism is latent, and if you do not know how to defend yourself they abuse you at work, the complicity of supervisors with employees "friends" and with greater "senority" their misdeeds are covered

      Good People

      Pros

      Good coworkers and people in general. Allows for hybrid schedule - although the required in office days have increased recently. Good healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Pay increase per year minimal to the point of insulting; certainly not enough to keep up with the cost of living. Leadership is willing to have conversations about much needed process improvement but then no action seems to be taken. No room to advance unless you change positions entirely.

      This is not about Healthparners as a whole. The CCRC is just extremely malignant. All other departments seem great and put together
