      Pros

      Excellent work environment. Flexible schedule. Good management. All coworkers are nice and no drama. Management were understanding and fixed all problems

      Cons

      I think that the wage is low for nurses. Non union makes it difficult to get what you deserve

      Pay is very good here. Fair.

      Cons

      too many sick calls. Not enough staff. People being cross trained to two other jobs that make no sense
