Pay is below average, protocols keep getting more cumbersome and unnecessary

While I don't think that this is necessarily reflective of HealthPartners as a whole, the department I worked in was dysfunctional. There were several problematic employees that, when issues were brought to both management and HR, nothing was done to fix the issue. Work life balance was not great if you were salaried, and many employees often reported feeling burnt out.
