      Management does little to no direct patient care and is out-of-touch with a typical work schedule. Too many levels of upper management that don't contribute to revenue generation but are always preaching about "the bottom line".

      Pros

      Focus on health. Work/Life balance. You can tall that fellow employees like working at HealthPartners. Management takes communication from the top most level down to the lowest level seriously, and I always knew what was happening in the organization through huddles or comms about company and my departments goals. Effective reviews.

      Cons

      Everyone loves working there, so no one leaves, and thus opportunities for advancement are sometimes lacking.
