You will be working from the time you log in to the time you log out. There is zero opportunity to take a mental breather apart from your short breaks and lunch. The phones are constantly going off, the amount of knowledge you must have is impossible for even the smartest person to know, and your productivity is watched like a hawk. If you like coming back from the bathroom with an email from your supervisor that says "WHERE WERE YOU FOR THE LAST ~~ MINUTES?" then this job is for you. Soul crushing, bland, grey, depressing, cubicle hell environment, insane turnover (50% annual would be my best guess) - just a real corporate PTSD type job. Avoid unless you love money more than your sanity.

Where to begin.. I don't like to be negative, but this was the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. From day one, there were extreme cliques within the department and people either simply ignored you, or outright rude to your face with nothing ever happening. Training and communication was severely lacking. I was expected to know everything and be self-sufficient in a manner of weeks; however I was trained by 3 different people telling me 3 different things and then I got in trouble if I didn't follow the correct advice. If I tried to ask a question, I was told to go to someone else, or basically talked down to. My boss then because increasingly micromanaging, "grilling" me in our one on one sessions and essentially telling me I was stupid and not getting it. After 6 months, I was fired and it was for the best. I'm thankful everyday I don't need to go back there.
