      - Great starting pay rate for no experience - Flexible with schedule

      Cons

      - Management quit - Sometimes had to cover shifts for when coworkers call out the day of - Sometimes had to work in-patient when you are strictly assigned out-patient - Preferred contractors vs. own employees

      A lot of potential but…

      Pros

      Good benefits, dedicated supervisors, caring providers. Many hardworking patient facing staff.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency, communication, and consistency from directors. Hourly employees working while not clocked in, director made aware but looks the other way. Director never present on site and when working remotely she isn’t available. No follow through from director.
