      Pros

      Understanding management that acknowledges life events and creates space and flexibility. Generally good co-workers. CEO and leadership are sound.

      Cons

      No training or professional development. Highly stressful environment. Poor communications around workload prioritization, deadlines, and scope.

      Great benefits, internal candidates have lower requirements for job opportunities

      Cons

      Great benefits but if starting out expect minimal to no work:life balance, micromanagement, clique atmosphere, negative employee attitudes, patients run through the clinic like a machine rather than people, witnessed extreme measures taken by managment for minor things, can’t clock in 1 min early or 1 min late or you will be talked to, not allowed to work on tasks outside of job description
