Is a Toxic Work Environment Worth the Great Health Insurance and Benefits?

Pros

Excellent benefits, such as health insurance, 401K, camaraderie with like-minded co-workers, excellent IT support, scheduling equipment (computers, software) work well, helping patients and knowing you made a difference in their day

Cons

Aloof supervisors and call center manager, poor communication from Appointment Center Leadership, lack of job security, micro-managing, difficulty keeping focus on organization's mission because we are too worried about being disciplined for minor mistakes.
