Pros

They have great benefits. They always have a float person to fill in if you have a sick child or are sick yourself. Has both sick pay & PTO.

Cons

Floats don't always know what is normal for the department. Time off is sysyem wide & by seniority - when you don't have seniority that sucks.

Pros

Insurance benefits are unbeatable. People are very friendly and willing to help out whenever needed. Casual Fridays are welcomed. Laid back atmosphere all around.

Cons

Hard to take vacation when you want to; the PTO is based on seniority and a lot of people in my department have been there a long time. Thus, it is unlikely that a newer employee such as myself will ever get time off around a holiday or long weekends ever again.
