Low pay
Management and leadership have no direction for the company.
It seems there will be more layoffs this October (2025), but it will likely be the high-performing/high-cost workers again.
No opportunities for career advancement. The carrot will be dangled, but they'll always have excuses not to grant you that promotion.
Easy for incompetent, lazy, or malicious workers to stay under the radar. Management won't fire them because they're cheap, so they continue to drag everyone else down.
HR is completely unhelpful, and will ignore/refer any questions directed to them
