Remote ,loved the patient relationships

Cons

Goals changed daily, mico managed on everything!! Pushed to call call call and bill patients even if they never answered the phone. Lots of town hall meetings that didn't mean anything but were still expected to complete your 30 plus calls and talk to your patients for over 120 mins.Very unrealistic goals !!

Pros

Being able to work from home. Compared to other companies pay is a little better.

Cons

Emphasis is on numbers for billing not Chronic Care Management. High case loads. Patient care is never the focuse when it comes to doing the job. Health insurance too expensive.
