Pros

talking to patients, WFH, bonuses for call/documentation time, training was good

Cons

PTO is very low, don't have a full caseload of patients and can't achieve any bonuses because of it

Personal relationships with patients, purpose-driven role, and sense of community within the team

Cons

Mac computer only option, other care navigators are unwilling to do the work that they agreed to and it has to be covered by other team members
