Pros

Work from home No holidays or weekends

Cons

They will suck the life out of you. You never can do anything that satifies them. They use charta to criticize your work. They change the way to do things every day and you don't know about it. You have to burn vacation for any medical visits. Not allowed to take time off without pay,

Remote, flexible schedule was nice

Cons

Healthsnap was good in the beginning. I felt valued. But overtime, they made it clear that they didn’t care about the quality you provided. I was constantly stressed about the possibility of losing my job every single day. Then one day I did without warning.

Pros

Very organized. High expectations but not unreasonable. Bonuses offered for meeting goals. Good pay. I only left because I was offered more money at another company. Otherwise I would have been thrilled to stay.

Cons

Request time off in advance as time off is limited and sometimes denied due to insufficient coverage.
