Cons

Management only cares about numbers. 0 job security. Once you hit goals, the change them and restructure with unrealistic expectations. Micromanaged and unnecessary team meetings at least 2 to 3 a week including manager meetings to tell you how poorly you are doing. Never an ounce of praise. Procedure changes almost daily.

Amazing work culture for a company that’s truly moving the needle in terms of getting back to mankind and making people healthier! Have loved working here and would highly recommend.

Cons

The compromise of working remote can require discipline but is well worth it.
