Pros

Great stable company with great people.

Cons

You feel like you are being held back from moving forward to a leadership roles. Managers without certain experience make decisions without consulting with people who do have the experience.

Pros

need to involve in all area so it's good opportunity to grow yourself fully. to work in all area means you are not limited till front end developer or UI developer but I was working as full stake developer as well provide support on production and mantor team.

Cons

sometime when your responsibilities in all area means you have to be available if something goes wrong because there are limited people working with you so there is no alternative who can take care in your absence.

Nice area of downtown. Very hard working development staff.

Cons

H1b employees are over worked and allowed no voice. Multiple weeks needed to deploy code to production. No focus on addressing tech debt.
