Great organization with roots in HCA Healthcare to drive purpose for patient care. Growing organization provides opportunities for growth as long as skills and performance support, solid benefits.

Cons

Organization provides expense management services to Hospitals and Healthcare organizations, as a result salaries and wages can be strict. In roles like mine that are facility based, it can be difficult to manage two organizational cultures (facility and Supply Chain specific).

THe pay is excellent, they own all of the HCA contracts. Even if you go through other companies, those companies have to go through healthtrust so you will not make as much. My recruiter is efficient and get back to me expeditiously. I nrver had a problem with payroll or getting paid for cancelled hours

HCA uses meditech for charting. NICU at Sunrise hospital is unorganized
