Pros

The team is incredible - smart and willing to lend a hand. Managers are committed to your growth. Culture of gratitude creates a great environment. DEI values and practices are important, actively being worked on, and reported to the whole org. Overall, HealthVerity seems dedicated to continuous improvement which makes you more confident in its future growth and success.

Cons

Not enough standards and defined processes, although recently this is being rolled out/encouraged. Need to do more to make team aware of the resources available to them, such as professional development.

- The people who work here are some of the brightest and kindest around - The company embodies a growth mindset, which is really valuable both from a business lens but also a cultural one. There is a vested interest here in always evolving and striving to do better - Have been amazed at how strong the culture is and how easy it really is to build meaningful relationships across the org, albeit remotely - Managers really care about their team members, they take 1:1s seriously and working towards achieving long term career goals - Mission-focused company, what we are doing serves an incredibly important purpose
