Overall this is a horrible company to work for. Inflated titles. Most of the employees I have worked with are looking to leave when the job market improves. Most talented individuals have left this past year or been laid off. Company moral at an all time low. Upper leadership has no clear direction and sends mixed messages. They can't compete with their competitors in the industry as the sales team can't sell their products. Check out Komodo or Cota. HV relies on fancy colorful graphics to attract attention but it looks amateur. Recent back to office policy changes of late cause those who have to commute to treat those truly remote unfairly. Instead of financial reward they provide lego pieces.
