Pros
Nice facility. Get the experience and move on to greener pastures.
Cons
Workers work in fear of sabotage and firing. This non-profit exists for the benefit of management, not the patients. Would've gone bankrupt if not for the federal tax money they receive.

Pros
HW offers a rewarding work environment, great employees, good upper management. This is an amazing organization where you learn various skill sets for your future career. Working in a team dynamic with compassionate co-workers. Great providers who care! Very diverse and inclusive!
Cons
No room for growth Too much turn over Not enough Providers for patient needs Communication not always the best Not compensated enough for the work you do but it’s the non profit world
