I’ve grown and learned a tremendous amount during my time at HOPCo. It’s a fast-paced environment that requires quick problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative—direction isn’t always given, and ownership is expected. I genuinely appreciate the autonomy within the organization and the trust the C-suite places in its executive leadership team.
