      Not much benefits are just ok .

      Cons

      Work ,work ....and on call and tenants are given private numbers horrible upper management .

      Pros

      I had a great boss. Was able to have some autonomy to learn my job and take the lead to help others and train new employees. 401k has a reasonable match.

      Cons

      Overlooked salary ranges or pay bands being transparent results in new hires being paid more than experienced workers. Medical insurance is expensive and there is only one carrier to choose from.
