      In one word TERRIBLE!

      Pros

      I've worked there a long time (11 years ). I've tried to make it work but the work life balance is so awful. It has cost me 3 relationships in the last 2 years. They don't take care of employees and most certainly not the residents or clients at all. No pros but a check?

      there is only one star, if I could take that away I would

      Long hours, no appreciation, unreal expectations, pay raised are nonexistent, underachievers are rewarded hard workers a punished. I personly know of managers that were, sexually exploiting their co-workers, verbally degrading them, and offering stimulants to keep their workers on the job. As a manager, you are always under the threat of getting 'termed' for going over budgeted hours, supplies, and personnel. you can't help but go over because your number you have to achieve is so unrealistic.
