The experience and knowledge to grow a career.

Cons

Low salary, lack of training(unless it’s a video), lack of support from upper management, staffing is a huge issue since the pay is low and other jobs in the areas for the same position pay more.

I love the people I work with and my account manager. Residents should come first.

Cons

Upper management doesn’t listen or care about anyone but numbers. They don’t sit her and have discussions with team members even they don’t do that with account managers. All they want to do is yell and send nasty text messages.
