      Pros

      I was always skeptical of bigger corporation's intentions. However, should you get the chance to meet the leaders behind our system you're met with a new understanding of the genuine care they strive to put forth. The infectious inspiration this team provided while cultivating the pathways to follow for the up and coming leaders was something I will never forget. This isn't just a job, but a career you can utilize to become the better you.

      Cons

      The most difficult part of being a District manager is finding the work life balance, however this is a company that strives to engage and support you on creating that balance for yourself.

      Scheduling is a mess. There’s no benefits and if you call off cause you’re sick, you get reprimanded management is horrible and talk about you behind your back
