Terrific Transition to a New Position

I am new to the company, This is a great RD job combining interaction with the residents, the caregiver teams and the foodservice team. I love the variety of the daily routine and the satisfaction of serving the rural health community. The pay is equitable and the leadership has been more than supportive.

Cons

None really, wish I had been here sooner. The ability to promote is less likely if you haven't been on the team for several years.
