Work/Life balance. Pay. Clients expectations. Hiring wages are low for retention and staffing. Supplies for work always just enough. Always required to be available. Lowest payed position compared to stnas, dietary, therapy, maintenance, and activities.

Distract does not care about his people. Lost the acc manager an won't promote the assistant when they clearly deserve it, an when there are issues the district acts like he listens but don't it goes in one ear an out the other. The district told everyone he was in charge now an when an issue arised he was no where to be found cause he was "out of town" for the weekend. Never have I ever had a district manager ignore his people when they need them like he has. He even turns his phone off so he's not bothered by his employees.
