Sadly the pros are slim to none.

Cons

Everyone of us in the kitchen were overworked and getting called in everyday, to top it off we all had our paychecks messed with constantly never getting the true hours we worked along with Lack of appreciation

Get all the training to go somewhere else but that’s if the even train you right

Cons

Not enough supplies to do your gob right and upper management sucks all they want to do is say yes to the administration and than put all the work on us on top of the work we are required to do.

I found out quickly that there were no pros to this job. You are treated as replaceable at all times, and there are no opportunities or growth. Very rough working conditions.

Cons

Too many to list - rate of pay - treated unfairly - harsh working conditions - no opportunity for long term or hardworking employees - does not provide healthcare options - lack of communication - long hours little pay - constantly covering for call offs - corporate never stops by or cares for employees - no support - no positivity whatsoever
