      They Don’t Just Employ You — They Consume You.

      If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be a medieval serf, now you can find out, without the commute to the 1300s.

      Cons

      4am wake-ups. 11pm phone calls. 7 days a week. No sick days. No personal time. No raises. No bonuses. Not even after delivering a deficiency-free State Survey. They hand you a 10-hour workload and pay you for 8. Your personal phone becomes their leash. 13 inches of snow? Not their problem. Your anxiety, your stress-induced psoriasis, your burnout? Also not their problem. HCSG doesn’t hire employees. They acquire property. Run.
