Management is very fair and understanding. Although they do micromanage.

I think the down side of working here are beyond the company itself and are more due to government regulations.

The residents I encounter are amazing people and I love spending my time with them.

Cons

I feel as if I have no support from higher ups. I am left to do everything myself. I answer to 2 separate corporations who are never happy. No one recognizes hard word and dedication. Feel powerless
