      Pros

      The upper management at this company makes strategic decisions that keep the company growing and profitable. The result is a secure future for employees that work hard. It is a big company that has a family - small company feel. Many companies have executive people that do not make decisions or when they do they are not the right ones. That is NOT the case at Healthcare Services Group. Very competitive salary as well.

      Cons

      Health Benefits are not the greatest and the cost to the employee is significant, making it somewhat difficult to attract and retain top talent

      Pros

      Worked for the company for three months. Have great support from my District Manager. Great training from fellow Account Managers. Feel like there is opportunity for people willing to work hard. Decent pay for a young individual starting out.

      Cons

      Typical ups and downs. Nothing that isn't manageable. Sometimes it can be an issue determining if it is a facility or HCSG obligation to provide.
