kinda flexible hours. people really care about the quality of their work.

Cons

little pay. alot of childish gossip and drama within workers making people unmotivated. management doesnt really care about the individual worker. no bonuses or pay increases or promotions for longevity employment (eg if youve been there more than 4 even 6 years). they take advantage of their housekeepers and its hard to get 40 hours exactly.

They offer direct deposit and or no payroll check cashing fee if you go to the bank on the check. Very transparent about what matters to them.

Cons

Low pay, No Raises, No incentive programs, No Benefits, Hrs cut , Low to no consideration for those who are the back bone of their company.

Decent salary, If you know what you're doing and can handle your own building than your hours worked are more practical.

Cons

Benefits, communication from account manager to district manager to regional managers only get through if its deemed important to them. NO ANNUAL REVIEWS! NO ANNUAL INCREASES! Pretty much have to beg for review and ask for own raise! District/Regional managers are only out for themselves
