Pros
kinda flexible hours. people really care about the quality of their work.
Cons
little pay. alot of childish gossip and drama within workers making people unmotivated. management doesnt really care about the individual worker. no bonuses or pay increases or promotions for longevity employment (eg if youve been there more than 4 even 6 years). they take advantage of their housekeepers and its hard to get 40 hours exactly.
