Pros

You get what you put in. Most complaints on here come from disgruntled employees who have very weak work ethic. This is truly a company of giving more opportunity to those who put in the effort. If you want an opportunity to shine and have strong work ethic this is the place for you.

Cons

Long hours at first until you can hire strong people around you. Follow the systems and build a team you can trust. Over time it will get easier.

They are awful to their employees! Nothing you do pleases them, unless you give up your entire life, just like where I was told to give up custody of my children when I become an account manager. The facility I work for is awful on top of having to deal with my district manager so much added stress daily! I would never even recommend my very worst enemy to work for them! That bad. There is so much discrimination happening, I almost feel like the top managers are in on it as well because nothing gets solved!
