      It's better than being unemployed. I guess.

      Cons

      No raises in over 2 years. You are nothing but a body to them. They don't care about their employees whatsoever. CUT WAGES DRASTICALLY. Cut cooks wages to $9.84/hr regardless of years of service or current wage. Co-worker has 30 years of service and will be cut nearly 5 dollars an hour and there is nothing she can do about it.

      A job despite almost no hours

      Cons

      Minimum wages, with no benefits of any kind. Managers who treat you like a dog, and don't belong in the field to begin with. Working you to the bone with limited supplies, and worth while equipment, to do a quailty job. Unrealistic time constraints to do what is expected of you in a given day. Broken promises are a daily thing, just to get you to break your back, so your manager looks good. Paychecks that come up short. Hours cut, but more work added.
