Upper management lies to Account Managers to get what they want. They send you to other buildings to work or do "night projects" with no pay or extra compemsation. You pay for the gas and you do it on your own time and dont get paid any extra for it. Unreal labor budget. You get half the hours you need to clean your building and you are expectted to keep it spotless. You have nothing to clean with and cleaning supplies are a rare treat if you get them. Way to much penny pinching to the point that they loose contracts due to poor proformance. You never know from one day to the next whats going on within the company. You are lied to daily. If you read the reviews on this site you will see all most all of them say the same thing. These people writing the negative reviews are tellint the gods honest truth. The ones that say its a great company are the ones telling the lies. Do the math and look at the amount of bad reviews compaired to good reviews. I seriouslly worry about the furture of this company. If upper management or the share holders dont strp in and do something soon its going to all start to fall apart. Ask anyone that has ever worked for HCSG and they will tell you how bad it really is. Hourly employees are treated with no respect and they have a very high turn over rate due to the treatment the staff recieves. I could go on and on nut I think you get the picture. I was not suprised to see the bad reviews on glassdoor about HCSG.
