      Great staff but has their down side. I know!

      Won't pay for great help! My building is the one you want to visit and I won't get recognized till I quit.

      meeting new people that you are making comfortable in their last day in their new home

      Cons

      no communication to managers. No training for your employees. expect to much for the pay. promotions based on being part of the "click" or brown nosing the right people.

      -Helping out the elderly. -Making a place feel like home for them that is away from home. -Working in a team work atmosphere.

      Cons

      -Management has no support. -Paper systems are used and no streamlined processes. -Terrible way of learning and for a quick learner a better teacher would have paid off.
