for your building to look the way it should you are going to have to work more than 40 hours a week. There has been talk about promoting me for a while, but I have yet to see any evidence of that. I was also made to believe that I was a valued employee that they where compensating much more than others. Turns out that was false. I recieved one week of training and that is being generous and then I was thrown into my own building, and left to figure it out. Benifits sucks, I felt so bad when my employee came to me and said she has to pay 100% of her surgery becuase our insurance would not cover any of it.

Inadequate training and poor communication of labor laws and changes. They promise you the world and then force you to work with unreasonable budgets, shockingly poor pay for a job that requires you to be on call 24/7 and unmotivated employees who are paid minimal wages with no incentives or acknowledgements from higher management.. The district managers are overworked and there is a lot of talking about people behind their backs. The company do not back you up when something goes wrong at the facility. It's a joke.
